Managing Mood is a 13 week skills programme for emotional wellbeing, facilitated by Psychologist Bev Monahan. Designed to help adults develop practical tools for managing emotions, reducing stress, and improving daily functioning.

What You’ll Learn

  • Stress & Anxiety Management: Calming the nervous system and understanding triggers.

  • Emotional Regulation: Tools to respond rather than react.

  • Mindfulness: Building awareness and reducing rumination.

  • Distress Tolerance: Skills for coping with difficult moments safely.

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Strengthening communication and boundaries.

  • Values & Goal Setting: Clarifying what matters and creating meaningful change.
