If you lead anything or anyone at Coast - or you’d like to - then this is for you!

We are gathering together as a leadership community to:

• focus on and unpack the key areas for our year as a church - exploring together the ways that we can build a strong culture of prayer, discipleship and mission,

• get equipped as leaders and teams,

• lean into our ongoing formation as followers of Jesus,

• build into our relationships with one another,

• and pray for one another.

This is a night of connecting our hearts and minds and pursuing Jesus together so that we're all pulling in the same direction as we seek God, serve Him and His people well, and do good in our community.
If you're one of our awesome leaders, we want you there! Please get the date in the diary and book the babysitter! If you have any particular questions that you think would be helpful to cover, feel free to let us know ahead of time. If you aren’t currently leading but are interested in finding out more about getting involved, you’re also welcome to join us.
